Parrily is a platform built on the backs of industry experts. Since Parrily provides consultation services in the form of chatbot conversations, its dependent on a solid community of business specialists and industry leaders.
While Parrily does initial screening on applying Pros in the form of an application questionnaire and follow-up research, we tend to give most individuals the benefit of the doubt and will approve most accounts unless obvious concerns exist.
We do have certain expectations, however, and those include the following:
It is assumed that content uploaded by Pros in conversations and on profiles (both in the form of text and media) is not stolen and does not violate any copyright restrictions. Conversations may be denied approval if concerns are present. If Parrily gets notified that an image has been used by a Pro that violates copyright, then the Pro assumes responsibility of the violation and all that goes with it. The content will be unpublished immediately, the Pro notified by Parrily, the Pros contact information provided to the copyright research company, and the Pro will be responsible for handling the matter going forward.
While Pros have the full ability to update and edit their existing conversations, conversation deletions will need to be approved by Parrily prior to execution. Depending on the situation, the deletion request may be denied and the Pro will continue to hold the deposit-rights to the conversation while still a member of Parrily.
All new conversations submitted by Pros will go through an approval process that will be conducted internally by the team at Parrily. We'll review the conversation to be sure it's of good quality, will benefit the users subscribed to Parrily, works properly and makes sense. We will not review the content of the conversation for copyright purposes. Compliance to copyright restrictions is still a responsibility of the submitting Pro as mentioned above.
When a conversation is approved, it will be added to the list of available conversations which users can participate in. However, depending on the quality and length of the conversation, it may be designated as one that is available to all users or 'Business-Preferred' users only. This will be at the administrator's discretion and will be handled fairly amongst all Pros. This could affect your Pro rewards balance as while Pros do receive credit for the performance of their conversations available even to free users, Pros receive greater credit for the performance of their conversations only available to 'Business-Preferred' users.
Participation by Pros is expected upon Pro approval at Parrily. This will be in the form of submitting new conversations, updating conversations if out of date, and replying to messages sent by 'Business Preferred' users.
We're reasonable about this - we understand that good conversations take time to create. We just ask that you do your best to contribute or we'll contact you about perhaps removing your Pro account if it isn't a good fit.
For account security reasons, we use Stripe for handling all deposits submitted to Pros from Parrily. This means that you'll need to sign up for a personal account with Stripe and then connect that account to our platform in order to receive deposits. You can see a link for doing so in your user dashboard, Pro > Rewards.
All deposits are currently made on a monthly basis - on the beginning of the month based on the platform's subscriber revenue and your performance from the previous month. Frequency of these deposits may change in the future.
Information on how your performance affects your monetary reward can be also be found in your user dashboard, Pro > Rewards. This formula is also subject to change at any moment with the focus being on rewarding the Pros who provide the greatest value to both Parrily's users and Parrily as a platform. However, the ratio of Parrily's subscriber revenue to total Pro rewards is expected to remain constant at 10%.
